OOOLAB is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Education Technology (EdTech) company. We provide digital learning solutions through our LearningOS platform.
OOOLAB is looking for Content Team Lead to join our top-tier educational and training content team.
Core Responsibilities
Team-level
- Planning weekly and daily tasks for team members to meet quality standards and project deadlines
- Leading daily meetings and check-ins as needed
- Onboarding and ensuring training for new team members
- Optimizing QA processes to ensure high-quality deliverables meeting quality standards and project deadlines
- Responsible for liaising with the other departments as needed
- Identifying team weaknesses and ensuring professional development training for team members including, but not limited to, Content Designers, Curriculum Developers, and other stakeholders as needed
- Designing, maintaining, and organizing team databases as needed
- Creating, updating, and monitoring the quality of new and ongoing processes for the Content Team
- Track and optimize team members' efficiency and productivity with clear objectives and relevant KPIs as needed
- Writing and performing quality assurance (QA) checks on educational content
Project-level
- Assisting with needs assessment and defining deliverables for upcoming and ongoing projects
- Assisting with project planning including, but not limited to, scope of works, project timelines, and forecasting
- Tracking processes and projects to ensure quality standards including, but not limited to, production, trainings, architecting, to meet quality standards and project deadlines
- Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to meet quality standards and project deadlines for deliverables as needed
- Design and develop high-quality, interactive, and engaging curriculum content for various delivery methods, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, videos, and simulations, to enhance the learning process
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the learning materials, including aesthetics and feel of content, remains consistent throughout the project life cycle
- Designing, maintaining, and organizing project databases as needed
HR-level
- Assisting with performance reviews of Content Team members on a regular basis
- Managing Content Designer schedules, working performance, and disciplinary procedures
- Assisting with recruitment, screening, interviewing, writing JD's and scope of work as needed
- Owning internal care to ensure productivity for the Curriculum department and satisfaction of its members
- Organizing curriculum team bonding events and ongoing team-building activities
- Assisting with recruiting and onboarding freelance teams for projects as needed
- Signing purchase orders
What We Look For
- Master's Degree in Education or related field (English, Linguistics, TESOL, etc.) IELTS score of 7.0+
- 3+ years teaching experience and 1+ year of curriculum development
- Demonstrated history of developing instructional content (e.g. placement tests, diagnostic tests, lesson plans, supplementary resources, training materials, etc.) (show us your portfolio!)
- Project Management experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and Solutions-oriented
Bonus if you have
- Graphic Design skills and photo-editing software (Ai, Ps, iMovie, Sketch, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience in International Education (study abroad, International School, etc.)
Bonus If You:
- Are proficient in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P, or similar software
- Speak languages other than English and Vietnamese
- Are knowledgeable about visual design and have a background in design tools
This Is a Full-Time Position
- Working hours: 9:30-18:30 (Monday through Friday)
- The team works remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays
