We’re now scaling globally and looking for a world-class B2B Channel Partnerships Manager to architect and grow a strategic partner ecosystem that drives LearningOS adoption across enterprise clients worldwide.

Your Mission

This is not a maintenance role — it’s a builder role. You’ll own and grow our global partner ecosystem from strategy through to revenue. Your job is to find the right partners, build scalable GTM programs, and make partnerships a key growth lever for OOOLAB.
You will create momentum where none exists, launch co-sell and co-market initiatives, and move quickly from handshake to ARR.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition & Strategy
  • Independently identify and close partnerships with high-impact value-added resellers (VARs), consultancies, SIs, and training integrators worldwide.
  • Prioritize partner opportunities based on business fit, influence, and revenue potential — not noise.
  • Build and refine a global partner roadmap by region, vertical, and use case.
Ecosystem Building & Influence
  • Cultivate a strong personal and professional network of C-level operators, transformation consultants, and ecosystem enablers who can open strategic doors.
  • Represent OOOLAB at global conferences, webinars, and industry events to grow mindshare and establish presence.
  • Engage with channel thought leaders to position LearningOS at the center of modern enterprise L&D stacks.
GTM Execution & Enablement
  • Co-create go-to-market playbooks, joint value propositions, pricing bundles, and commercial structures.
  • Launch and manage scalable co-selling and co-marketing programs with top-tier partners.
  • Build and deliver onboarding, certification, and enablement programs that get partners selling quickly and confidently.
Innovation & AI Fluency
  • Use AI tools (e.g. GPT-4, Crossbeam, Reveal, CRM automation) to accelerate partner research, scoring, engagement, and reporting.
  • Bring innovative thinking to every part of the partnership lifecycle — from sourcing to enablement to measurement.
  • Continuously experiment with new partner models, growth hacks, and automation that reduce time to value.
Revenue Accountability
  • Own pipeline and ARR targets from the channel — this is a revenue-generating role.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to track partner-influenced deals, measure ROI, and forecast accurately.
  • Conduct regular partner QBRs and iterate partnership success plans based on performance data.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience & Skills
  • 5–10 years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or enterprise B2B sales
  • Proven success building and scaling global channel ecosystems across regions like North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Demonstrated ability to create partner-sourced revenue from scratch — ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or learning platforms
  • Strategic business thinker who understands how to assess mutual value, negotiate commercial terms, and structure GTM collaboration
  • Fluent with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce), co-sell platforms (e.g. Crossbeam, Reveal), and AI-powered workflow tools
  • Clear communicator who can influence at the executive level while managing operational details
