Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager with a proven track record of generating high-quality enterprise leads using both traditional and AI-enhanced methods. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, using AI tools to accelerate and optimize your work—from audience targeting to content generation and campaign analytics.
You’ll work closely with sales and product teams to build pipeline, elevate our market presence, and make our marketing engine smarter and more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
- Use AI tools for audience segmentation, predictive lead scoring, content personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Manage paid media, email marketing, SEO, events, and webinars with a data-driven approach.
AI-Enhanced Marketing Operations
- Leverage AI-powered platforms for campaign copywriting, A/B testing, ad creative variations, and outbound workflows.
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools integrated with AI for lead tracking, nurturing, and scoring.
- Experiment with AI analytics tools to generate insights, improve funnel performance, and support budget allocation decisions.
Content & Messaging
- Partner with content and design teams to develop high-impact materials (landing pages, email sequences, white papers, case studies).
- Ensure messaging resonates with key enterprise personas (HR, L&D, Operations, People Leaders), supported by AI-driven research and testing.
Sales Enablement & Alignment
- Collaborate with the sales team to define ICPs, refine messaging, and ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Support ABM campaigns using AI for contact enrichment, personalization, and outreach automation.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously iterate campaigns using insights from AI tools and analytics dashboards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ focused on enterprise demand generation.
- Experience using AI tools in marketing (e.g., for content, segmentation, scoring, or automation).
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and L&D buyer journey.
- Strong grasp of marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Analytical mindset and a passion for testing, learning, and iterating.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
