Your Mission

As our first Lead, Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to optimize GTM motions, improve sales performance, and drive operational excellence.
You’ll lead the analysis of revenue data, implement scalable processes and tooling, and provide actionable insights that fuel growth. You will balance strategy and execution — zooming out to guide leadership decisions, and zooming in to improve day-to-day sales team efficiency.
This is a high-ownership role where your impact on revenue will be direct and visible.

What You'll Do

  • Lead sales data analysis to identify trends, surface opportunities, and drive recommendations that improve sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to optimize GTM processes — from lead flow to customer onboarding and renewals.
  • Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models to support Sales leadership and executive decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize OOOLAB’s RevOps tech stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, automation tools), ensuring clean data, strong integration, and seamless workflows.
  • Support sales planning, including quota setting, territory design, and performance tracking.
  • Drive deal desk processes to improve deal velocity, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
  • Own key RevOps projects — for example: lead scoring models, pipeline health dashboards, sales enablement tooling, and compensation plan design.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales team productivity and overall GTM efficiency.
  • Support revenue leadership with board-level reporting and strategic planning.
Who you are

  • 4+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related data-driven GTM roles.
  • Strong sales analysis skills — experienced in analyzing pipeline, conversion funnels, sales cycle velocity, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, from lead generation to expansion and renewals.
  • Experience building processes from scratch and getting them adopted across Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM and RevOps tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Looker, etc.) and advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Project management experience — ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator — can translate complex analysis into clear insights for Sales, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on mindset — ready to build and scale RevOps processes in a high-growth startup environment.

  • Experience building a RevOps function as an early hire.
  • Familiarity with learning platforms, EdTech, or HRTech domains.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of modern automation, AI-driven GTM tools, or workflow optimization platforms.
