We’re looking for a Senior B2B Content Writer who blends creative storytelling with performance-driven thinking. Your mission is to create content that attracts, educates, and converts enterprise leads. You’ll own content across the buyer journey—especially top- and mid-funnel assets designed to generate interest, nurture prospects, and support sales conversations.

You’ll use AI tools to scale fasterSEO to drive discovery, and analytics to optimize impact. This is a high-impact role for a writer who understands what resonates with enterprise HR, L&D, and People teams—and how to turn content into a qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead-Focused Content Creation

Write high-quality, enterprise-focused content that drives lead generation and conversion, including:

  • Downloadable guides, eBooks, and white papers
  • Blog posts targeting key enterprise pain points and search terms
  • Case studies and customer success stories
  • Email nurture and drip campaigns
  • Landing page and ad copy
  • Sales enablement assets that support outreach and closing
  • Craft compelling CTAs and conversion pathways in every piece of content.
AI-Augmented Writing & Optimization

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, and SurferSEO to accelerate writing, enhance personalization, and test variations.
  • Use AI to assist in research, outline generation, repurposing content, and improving speed-to-publish.

B2B Persona Alignment

B2B Content writer

  • Write with a deep understanding of enterprise buyers—HR leaders, L&D teams, operations, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Translate complex EdTech solutions into clear, value-driven messaging that addresses their goals and challenges.

Content Strategy Collaboration

  • Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to align content with campaign and lead-gen objectives.
  • Create assets specifically designed to support campaign themes, ABM programs, and sales outreach.

Performance Monitoring & Iteration

  • Analyze content performance across organic, email, and paid channels.
  • Adjust and optimize based on engagement data, lead quality, and campaign results.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B content writing experience, ideally for enterprise software, EdTech, or HR tech.
  • Demonstrated success in creating lead-generating content (please include samples or portfolio).
  • Familiarity with the enterprise buyer journey and content funnel mechanics.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content ideation, enhancement, or automation.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and how to write for both humans and algorithms.
  • Strong storytelling and structure—able to make complex ideas simple and compelling.
