Customer Support & Teacher Care Officer (Fresher or Junior)

The Job

Customer support (70%)
  • Support customers or end-users to solve problems related to company tech products (LMS, VLE)
  • Adhere to service responsibilities in order to achieve a high-performance standard
  • Work with internal teams to figure out solutions for issues from tech products (LMS, VLE)
  • Duties as assigned, including but not limited to special projects;
Teacher support (30%)
  • Update teacher’s available schedule
  • Send teaching schedules and assign classes to teachers
  • Respond to inquiries from teachers and students.
  • Uploading payroll;
Additional Information
  • Working time: 8 hours/day & 5 days/week (off 2 days)
  • Address: 10th Floor, Paxsky Tower 17 Truong Dinh, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

Requirement

  • Fresher or Junior Only
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Can work with KPI
  • Have experience in customer service in IT company is a plus
  • Love to work and deal with people
